S2000WIN software

• Allows for fast easy interaction between you and your customer on incoming calls. You know instantly if that customer owes you money, has a special request or other information.

• Tells you when you were there last, the customer equipment installed, if they have a service contract or warranty, and all the contacts at the physical location plus the billing address..

• Graphically displays service calls on our unique easy-to-use electronic DBoard (dispatch board) for efficient scheduling and dispatching to the remote tech in the field.

• Easily and quickly allows for inquiry and drill-down into history, and accesses to invoices.  It allows user to easily enter field purchase info for specific work orders or jobs, review time stamps/status (travel, started, lunch, completed, etc.).  User can see notes, types of calls and problem codes for each work order, invoice and audit COD calls.

• Provides faster posting of labor, parts, misc., or Flat Rate is very easy and fast because of all the customized defaults that S2000 is capable of doing.  Yet still allows for manual override of priced items.

• Pricing includes time and material, flat rate, fixed priced quoted jobs, or service contracts or warranties and special pricing by item by customer.

• Allows for parts sales only when your service company also represents certain lines of products that you inventory.

• Makes field purchasing so easy it will reduce clerical time and increase sales of material because our PO system attaches itself to the work order to assure the material is invoiced.

• An invoice closing time will automatically check for gross margins, opens POs, multiple techs assigned and proper inventory parts being relieved when billing- All this to help insure more accurate billing.

• Can easily adjust for overtime and other modified labor hourly rates are also possible. For invoice line items that cannot be covered by labor or parts we have extensive misc. charges options.

• Can be fully integrated to our accounting or one of several other popular accounting systems like QuickBooks, Peachtree, MAS90, Timberline, Great Plains…and more.

• Uses its own Accounts Receivable is processed within S2000WIN even for other accounting systems and includes aging, statements, delinquent notices, easy credit invoicing, note taking for easy cash receipt processing and A/R follow-ups.

• Inventory includes serial no. lookups, service truck inventories, automatic price updating, physical inventory processing, bar coding, reordering reports, and many analysis reports.

• Service Agreements/Warranties allows for extensive flexible processing to grow your your profits. One customer processes over 25,000 contracts.  It does not post to the account until the agreement is accepted.  Renewals are made easy.  Special customer coding is not needed and pricing/discounting is very flexible.  We even offer amortization.  Tracking multiple pieces of equipment is easy with the ability to do extended warranties.  Gross profits can be retrieved by customer, type agreement, and can even include non-covered work to really see where you are or are not making money.   

• S2000 has the best PM scheduling that allows you to easily do scheduling of complex PM's and includes parts required in advance and customized check lists by customer equipment.  we provide a PM planner board (graphic display for the entire year) that allows you to easily spot overloads and smooth out PMS before they become costly expedited PMs.

• Gross profits by tech, service contract, customer, customer equipment, jobs, and G/L departments can be easily extracted.

• ALL of our printed output utilizes the world’s most popular Crystal Reports which allows the customer to custom all reports and forms or design your own custom reports.


• The software is
FAST and stable because of its C++ program code and Pervasive SQL database.

Service Modules:

SERVICE DISPATCH…This module is the heart of S2000.  Allows for work orders to be easily taken for each and every location, 6 look-ups (customer, phone, address, etc.), notes presented, credit hold feature, past work orders displayed with multiple sorts, and tabs for customer equipment,  easy addition of more modules.  Views for additional look up options.  The ability to interrupt and enter an additional work orders, schedule on the fly while looking at a dynamic electronic dispatch board that allows for drag & drop, multiple days/work order, multiple techs/work  order, color coded zip code areas, and quick access to customer information and it is easy to use! PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE scheduling starts with standard PM Tasking by customer equipment that show the procedures and parts needed to run that  specific task.  We supply a PM Planner Board to look at a full years of scheduled PMs to smooth out loads months in advance and then at a variable time in advance these PM tasks are automatically placed on the  day and tech you desire.  The standard  PM Task can have  information automatically added to them from that specific customer equipment. BILLING…This complex part of any service department is made easy yet flexible with S2000 Billing and A/R.  It will perform too many tasks to list here.  A few functions:  Time and Material billingsInstallation Jobs.   Many features are included like WIP, custom quote forms, and over/under billing reports.   Service Contract billings include flexible billing.  Parts order billing is available. PURCHASE ORDER Module allows you to easily purchase in the field for service work orders or buy for installation jobs without having to first enter inventory.  It can also be directed at purchasing for inventory and will allow for partial receipts and partial payments.  Backorders are automatically generated.  It can easily drop shipments, verify purchase prices with vendor invoices, and create records. INVENTORY CONTROL Module provides all of the functions necessary for complete control of your organization’s inventoried assets.  Both the levels and value of stock for service trucks, main stock, or other stocking locations is tracked in real time.  Extensive reporting capabilities assist in reorders, valuation of inventory, monitoring usage of key parts, and more. SERVICE AGREEMENTS Module provides the functionality required for most organizations that provide warranty and contract service to their customer base.  Once service agreements are created and activated, S2000WIN automatically generates recurring billings for them as required by the terms of the contracts.  Renewals are generated automatically using parameters defined for your organization.   LEARN MORE (word doc)

Support and Consulting/training includes 6 techs all with over 10 years of experience to quickly answer your questions correctly and they are all Americans living in the US.  Some important facts:

  • Phone support is UNLIMITED and included in your annual support fee.
  • Support call goes into an (800) number and is monitored by the S2000 DBoard.
  • The annual support fee is only 15% of the software purchase price.
  • The installation is designed to have you up and running within 90 days.
  • Installation includes a FIXED price “SETUP” service to customize your S2000 software to the way you do business.
  • Data conversion of your old software is an option.
  • Installation can be done on-site or remotely via the Internet.

• We even process field purchasing from the techs remote device.

• The tech can manage all billings, orders and updates

• You can easily add other systems you need for processing field information (quotes, employee information, etc) to your Mobile Frame software that are not related to S2000WIN.
