• Allows for fast easy interaction between you and your customer on incoming calls. You know instantly if that customer owes you money, has a special request or information.
• Tells you when you were there last, the customer equipment installed, if they have a service contract or warranty, and all the contacts at the physical location plus the billing address..
• This service call is posted to our unique easy-to-use electronic DBoard (dispatch board) for efficient scheduling and dispatching to the remote tech in the field.
• Easily inquire into history, invoice, post field purchases to specific work orders or jobs, review time stamps (travel, started, lunch, completed, etc.), see notes, types of calls and problem codes for each work order, invoice or audit COD calls.
• Posting of labor, parts, misc., or Flat Rate is very easy and fast because of all the customized defaults that S2000 is capable of doing.
• Our work orders can be time & material, flat rate, fixed priced quoted jobs, or service contracts or warranties.
• We provide for Parts sales only when your service company also represents certain lines of products that you inventory.

• Remotely connects the tech in the field to S2000WIN to eliminate all paper from the field.
• Invoices can be printed in the field for residential COD customers.
• Techs electronically receive the needed information to run a service, plus can inquire history, customer equipment, and contact information.
• The tech can then send back labor, parts, misc. charges, notes, and customer signatures to allow for instant billing.
• Status changes for travel, started, lunch, completed, etc. are also update from S2000Wireless.
• We even process field purchasing from the techs remote device.
• In addition to having the ability to process normal billings we can also suspend work orders that will update current data and allow for subsequent updating or we can pull a work order back from the remote device for work orders that will not be possible to be run by that tech on that day.
• S2000Wireless works with the popular Mobile Frame software to allow for easy changing of your software somewhat similar to modifying your S20000WIN reports with Crystal Reports.
• You can easily add other systems you need for processing field information (quotes, employee information, etc) to your Mobile Frame software that are not related to S2000WIN.
