In 1997 Sean Hoyt of Computer Processing purchased all rights to the S2000DOS network software. In 1998 the first True Windows software, S2000WIN, for dispatching was installed. That first Windows customer is still using S2000WIN today.
By the year 2000 Computer Processing had a fully operational modular service software doing most of what a service company would do. In 2003 the company changed its name to S2000 Field Service Solutions to better reflect what it does.
2006 saw the reigns of S2000 Field Service Solutions handed to Rex Hutton. Sean became an independent S2000 dealer focusing on developing the S2000Wireless software to integrate the remote technician with S2000WIN's DBoard.
In 2008 with this new venture growing Sean formed a new company, S2000 Service Software.
S2000WIN has over 500 customers in 46 states and 5 countries. Product users range from companies with 2 techs to ones with over 100 service trucks. We estimate that S2000 daily dispatches and tracks over 25,000 work orders daily. S2000Wireless is further clearing lines of communication and has eliminated all need for paper from the field.

Most companies had 10 to 30 employees and five or more field service technicians. A large portion of these customers..." see full article
